Warranties and Service Guarantees

Delivery Information

There are no delivery charges for all items delivered within Singapore, except Sentosa. Additional charges of $10 applies for Sentosa.

* For delivery time between 10am to 1pm, the order must be placed 1 day in advance, before 5pm.

* For delivery time between 2pm to 6pm, the order must be placed before 12noon on the same day or in advance.

* For delivery time between 7pm to 9pm, the order must be placed before 4.30pm on the same day or in advance.

* Orders must reach us by 11am (Singapore Time GMT + 800Hrs) on Saturday and Eve of local Holiday.

* Two weeks before Christmas and 3 weeks before Chinese New Year, all orders must reach us 3 days in advance before the delivery date.

* Similarly for Hari Raya Puasa, Valentine's Day, Deepavali & Mother's Day, orders have to reach us 3 days in advance of delivery date.

* For delivery service on Sundays and Public Holidays, please call our Office at 6383 1188. There will be additional surcharge of between S$10 to S$20 for deliveries made on these days.

Change of Particular

Any change of particular (e.g. Receiver's address, messages, etc) must be make within 06 hours or before delivery, which ever earlier.

Confirmation of Order

A phone call will be made to the customers for further confirmation, upon receival of the online order.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of order must be make 06 Hours in advance before the delivery date. Receiver's address must be correct to ensure someone to receive it, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

In no circumstances will the gift be change or in the case of perishable commodities will a fresh one be delivered. We will keep you inform through E-mail / Phone / Fax should these arise and make other necessary arrangement (might have additional charges if the order are to be re-send).

Substitution

Throughout the world seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers, foliages and fruits. Joaquim Florist reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your Order.

The particular vases or basket shown will be supply where possible. Should these not be available, a similar value and style will be substituted. Joaquim Florist & Gifts P/L reserve the right to substitute to any out of stock products with another of equivalent or higher value for Food Hampers and Baby items.

Exchange

At Joaquim Florist, we pride ourselves to deliver flowers at their freshest. However, in the event you need an exchange, please call our office at (65) 6-3831188 and speak to our Customer Service personnel.

Merchandises & Services

All our merchandises are of merchandisable quality and they serve their intended functions.

Gift vouchers or Free Gifts are only applicable for purchases that are done offline, and not through the website.

Guaranties

All our merchandises are guaranteed to be fresh upon delivery.

Our webfront business policy offers goods and services of satisfactory qualities as defined in the Sales of Goods Act S14(2).
